Cattistock
Cattistock
Cattistock was mentioned in the Domesday Book, and is still a thriving community today. It is dominated by the soaring tower of the Parish Church, which was designed by George Gilbert Scott Jr, a noted Victorian architect.
The Fox and Hounds pub is famed for its imaginative local and seasonal food, and there’s also a Tea Room behind the village stores serving light lunches and delicious tea and cakes. To burn off those calories, walking, riding, cycling, golf, clay pigeon shooting and go kart racing are all on offer locally!
