If you’re looking for a low-cost way to list your Bridport holiday cottage online to help increase your bookings, look no further than Bridport Cottages. Our service provides independent holiday cottage listings, allowing holiday home owners to feel confident that their online listing displays all important information and reaches the best holiday makers.

  • How much does it cost to list my holiday cottage?

It’s a £99 annual cost to list your holiday cottage with us for the year. If you have more than one holiday property to list, we can offer discounts – get in touch to find out more.

 

  • How long will my holiday cottage be listed for?

The £99 fee will include a year-long holiday cottage listing that can be renewed for the next year if you wish.

 

  • Will guests be able to see my cottage’s availability?

Yes – you must be able to share your holiday cottage’s availability using an automated ‘iCal’ system. This can usually be provided by your online booking system or your calendar system provider.

If you don’t have an online booking system, we can provide your listing with a calendar for a one-off payment of £49.

 

  • Can guests book through Bridport Cottages?

No.  Our holiday cottage listings will provide holiday makers with a link that will take them through to your usual booking system and website.

 

  • What if I don’t have an online booking system?

If you do not have an online booking system, we provide a link to your website so people can email or phone you to book.

If you’d like a booking system, contact us and we would be happy to recommend one and set it up for you for a fee.

 

  • Do I have to pay commission for booking taken?

No! All bookings that come through as a result of your holiday cottage listing with us come completely commission free, making it one of the most affordable ways to list your Bridport holiday cottages online.

 

  • What happens if I want to cancel my listing?

You can cancel your listing at any time.  Once you have a listing in place, there is no obligation to renew the following year.
